Our collective objective is to share knowledge and encourage readers to do their bit in giving back to the society in any shape or form. The underlying theme is to build a repository of ideas and provide a framework for other knowledgeable readers to contribute to the repository. Our goal is to make a sincere attempt at having at least a few readers learn something from this website bypassing the usual path of making mistakes and then learning. Needless to say, making mistakes is also a very good way of learning. We are hoping a balance can be struck where some learnings are from experience and some are from reading!

Along with heading key position in a leading telecommunication company, he is an avid cricketer and passionate about fitness. This initiative is his brainchild. Srinath came up with an idea to serve the community by sharing his knowledge and experience. These lessons of life are his practical experiences/learnings and his hope is to benefit the reader.
Sunitha N: Based in Bengaluru, India, Sunitha is Bachelors in Information Science and Technology Engineering with 24 years + experience working in various multinational companies. Happiness is her guru-mantra. Expert in Classical Carnatic Music, Sunitha is a great mentor and her expertise in various facets of life make her a go-to person for any advice. One of the many qualities of Sunitha is her patience which gets even more significant with her other quality of integrity. We all draw upon these qualities with Sunitha as our North Star. Coming to this initiative, Sunitha plays an anchor role in arranging these lessons in a serene and lucent structure.
Nitin Gupta: Based in Noida, India, Nitin is a MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience working in various multinational organizations. Nitin is a multi-talented personality and is our go-to person for beautiful storylines and presentations. Other than being the team’s creative problem solver, a noteworthy quality of Nitin is his turnaround time when a task is assigned. Nitin has been a valuable contributor to this initiative with his calm demeanor and wise thoughts.
Nitya Neelakantan: Based in Bengaluru, India, Nitya is Masters in Computer Software Engineering with 12+ years of experience working in various multinational companies. Nitya is the most joyous person of the group, bringing warmth and humanity to the team. Nitya is an amazing cook and she loves it. Many times we do not even know that the dishes she cooked even exist. Nitya is the architect, designer and developer of this website.
