Generate positive thoughts as soon as you wake up

This is a simple practice that helps you start your day with positive thoughts. As per Mrs Shivani, our health is purely driven by our thoughts. The more positive thoughts we have, the better your health with be. This concept is also mentioned in Vedas. Sadhguru says – Give a big smile as soon as you wake up. Be glad that you are still alive. There are many millions of people who did not wake up alive today. Check whether all your loved ones are alive. If yes, then give another big smile!  Also generate powerful thoughts in the morning towards your goals.


A few examples of positive thoughts to trigger the thinking:

  1. "My thyroid gland is functioning perfectly"

  2. "My eye sight is very close to 20/20 vision"

  3. "Today I will do an excellent job in the presentation at work"

  4. "I will do very well in the exam that I am appearing today"

  5. …

Try your best to maintain this positive energy throughout the day. This is a very simple initiative that had a good impact on many people including myself. An interesting compelling fact is – There is a NO side effect because of doing this!! So, why not give a try... Think about it.

In my personal experience, this is not as easy as said. It takes a lot of time to master this technique. There will be many days when negative thoughts keep coming to our mind. This is normal human behavior. The key is – Do not give up and keep trying.
