When selling something, spare a thought about the seller's perspective

Whenever we sell something significant (Ex: Home), try to think from the buyer perspective. The buyer should not feel cheated. If you hide issues and sell for a higher price, the negative energy from that mistake will haunt you for a long time. Even if you repent later in your life about the mistake you made, it will be too late to fix the issue and you will have to live with this guilty feeling for the rest of your life. Think that you are selling to yourself OR your spouse and think about the emotions the buyer goes through. Another perspective to look at is – God resides in every living thing. By cheating the buyer, you are basically cheating God. Think about whether it is worth it. The amount of money you save/earn through this cheating is WAY LESS compared to the loss it causes.
